– Once you receive your tracking number via email, your parcel is the responsibility of the postal service.
– We cannot be held liable for lost parcels if proof of postage is provided. Any claims regarding lost items must be directed to our postal service providers, and we will assist you in filing for compensation.
– Additional postage fees will apply if a parcel is returned to us.
